WOMAN’S CLUB OF COLORADO SPRINGS
‘ACCENTUATES THE POSITIVE’ and ‘SOCIALIZES WITH A PURPOSES’
The Woman’s Club of Colorado Springs (WCCS), invites everyone to come socialize with a purpose and help ‘Accentuate the Positives’ in our Community.
On October 8th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., WCCS will host their annual Fall Fashion Show Luncheon, “Accentuate the Positive,” and raise money for non-profit organizations throughout our community. Organizations like Partners in Housing, A Kidz Hope, Empty Stocking Fund, Colorado Springs Senior Center, Meadows Park Community Center and other area projects. The event will be held at Bemis Hall, on the Colorado College Campus and the cost is $45.00 per guest.
Local celebrity, Diane Derby of KKTV, will emcee the event providing entertainment while attendees socialize, enjoy a catered lunch, shop, view the latest fashions showcased by White House Black Market, and engage in opportunities to win fabulous baskets filled with prizes. “It’s a whirl wind of fun,” say club members, “and a great way to socialize with a purpose.”
Club President, Ewell Mueller says, “I am always amazed at what women can do when they come together.”

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs, of which WCCS is a member, is a unifying force, bringing together local women’s clubs, with members dedicated to strengthening their communities and enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.
