Have you ever dealth with someone over a conflict and come out regretting how you handled it?  Maybe you caved in, got defensive or only worried about winning!  Conflict usually brings out the worst in all of us and results in damaged relationships.  

In this workshop, you will learn break-through techniques to radically change the way you show up and deal with conflict, while honoring your values, speaking your truth and finding a win-win solution.  

 
You will learn how to:
  • Prepare for a conflict or any other sticky situations
  • Discover what you true values are & how they light the way through conflict
  • Stop using shields to self-protect
  • Identify the stories we make up that keep conflict going.
  • Effectively deal with conflict while remaining true to who you are and how you want to show up in relationships at work or with family or friends.
Just in time for the holidays which often are full of conflict due to extended time with family or holiday stress.  Men & Women are invited.  Perfect for couples, teams and individuals.
