Program Topic: FAMLI, Colorado Secure Savings & How It Could Affect Your Business

Don’t miss this important review of recently passed Colorado State Legislation and how it could affect your business in 2023. 

 

The two important topics addressed will be:

 

FAMLI - approved by voters in 2020 that paved the way for a state-run Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance run through businesses, and

 

Colorado Secure Savings, a payroll deducted IRA that will also feature automatic enrollment and automatic escalation for participants. This state mandated program will affect most businesses in Colorado, and they will be required to comply unless they offer a different qualified plan instead.
