T-Party Benefit
Event Description:
Local organizers have developed an innovative T-PARTY concept to raise awareness about a little-known women's issue, plus support SCWCC member Partners in Housing.
On Wednesday, April 16, plan to enjoy hors d'oervres, wine, music, shopping and fun networking - for a small fee plus in kind donation. Since sanitary products are not covered for those using food stamps (!), attendees are asked to purchase and donate tampons and napkins for distribution to women and teens in our community.
This unique, collaborative effort addresses a basic need for women and girls, in a way that is simple and fun. Relax after tax-time and don't miss it!
