Event Description:
Last year the Woman's Club of Colorado Springs helped launch this innovative benefit to raise awareness about a little-known women's issue.
New-and-improved in its second year, the Triple T-Party - featuring 'Tinis, Tiaras & Tampons - is a great way to support this now-annual feminine product drive for TESSA and Partners in Housing.
On Wednesday, May 6, plan to enjoy hors d'oervres, signature martinis, music, shopping and fun networking - for a small fee plus in kind donation. Since sanitary products are not covered for those using food stamps (!), attendees are asked to purchase and donate tampons and napkins for distribution to women and teens in our community.
This unique, collaborative effort addresses a basic need for women and girls, in a way that is simple and fun. Wear your Tiara and you may win a prize!
