Event Description:
Come kick off All Pikes Peak Reads with world-renowned author Margaret Atwood as she discusses her novel, The Year of the Flood, this year’s APPR selection. Both paid and free options are available for her appearance at Shove Chapel at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 14.

A book signing will follow her talk. Atwood is the author of more than 40 books of fiction, poetry, and critical essays. She is the recipient of the Man Booker prize for her novel, The Blind Assassin.

Tickets include full access to the Gala Reception with Margaret Atwood at Colorado College’s Gaylord Hall.
Date/Time Information:
Ms. Atwood will mingle with ticket holders at the Gala Reception from 5 - 6:45 p.m. while guests enjoy organic wines, beers, and a full array of theme-inspired food stations including locally sourced ingredients.
