Heather’s professional experience has included 20 years in the insurance industry, 15 years in the legal industry, and over 20 years of business management. With an education in social work, she seeks to help others thrive professionally and personally. She has received nominations for Small Business Champion of the Year 2019 and 2020, Excellence in Industry 2020, and the Athena Leadership Award 2020, and is a board member of Thrive, a Small Business Advisory Committee member, a Public Policy Committee member, and is an SBDC Consultant and SCORE mentor.

Antonio has been in the insurance industry for 20 years, having worked with Health Markets for the past 10 years. He is one of only two enrollment centers in Colorado Springs for Connect for Health, Colorado (the state exchange for private health insurance under the Affordable Care act). He is currently a board member for Stomp Out Autism and is a participant of El Pomar?s Emerging Leadership Development Program. He is a past board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, ambassador for the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC, and has hosted a podcast and radio show on KRDO.
