Samba, Bossa Nova and Brazilian Jazz
Joseph Liberti and the FluteDaddy band will present a concert of pulsing samba and swaying bossa nova music from Ivan Lins, Antonio Carlos Jobim and more. Meet friends, gaze upon the art, sip fine wine and enjoy great music in an intimate listening environment. The Jazz Soirée is a first Friday event (September 6, October 4, November 1, December 6). Each event brings different musicians and a different jazz focus to light.
Featured musicians this month include jazz masters
Kim Stone on bass,
Mike Marlier on drums,
Alan Joseph on guitar with
Brad Bietry on keyboard and
Joseph Liberti on flutes.
"I love to stop by Soiree to hear FluteDaddy on the first Friday every month to shed the hectic pace of everyday life. The skill and showmanship of the group is a pleasure to hear and watch. Our community is fortunate to have their intention for our attention."
Admission is $12 in advance or $16 the day of the show.
