Throughout her career\, she has led student-success and faculty-development programs and advised hundreds of students as they identified and pursued their individual paths to success.\n\n\n\nBefore joining Class 101\, Dr. Peak served as academic director for the Association of College and University Educators\, where she designed and implemented programs to improve student success through exceptional teaching.
