As luck would have it\, we can do just that on Wednesday\, September 26th. Actually\, we'll offer you several tastes to show off the versatility as well as savory bites paired with each one.\n\n\n\nVocabulary word: Kabinett. In the German wine classification system\, Kabinett is the lowest level of Pr dikatswein\, lower in ripeness than Sp tlese. A German Kabinett is semi-sweet (lieblich) by default\, but may be dry (trocken) or off-dry (halbtrocken).\n\n\n\nThis tasting is $25.00 and includes wine tastings\, paired bites\, and fun\, light-hearted education.
